Enabling OTP based login

Hello Team, I have followed the steps mentioned in https://github.com/Sunbird-RC/sunbird-rc-core/tree/main/deps/keycloak-mobile-number-login-spi to enable OTP based login. I am using dockerhub/ndear-keycloak image for keycloak service and configured the details as mentioned in the above link.
Will the OTP be sent to mobile or email id? or do we have an option to select either mobile or email or both?
Please help with the next steps on how to trigger OTP generation and log in with OTP for keycloak token generation.
