stac_ipyleaflet fails to load (0.3.5) - fix

We are aware that stac_ipyleaflet (in Pangeo workspaces) is currently broken due to a basemap service being retired. The fix is released and can updated manually by users with the following code.

%pip install --upgrade git+https://github.com/MAAP-Project/[email protected]#egg-info=stac_ipyleaflet

We expect the default installed in workspaces will be this version when the next platform release happens in January 2023.
For other workspaces you can also try this tool, but may need to reload your browser after doing the install for it to work.
