Can there be a DevTools repo? With everyone thinking about putting together their own dev tools, I think it'd be a good idea to create a central repo under this organization to have a place where everyone can add useful dev patches. Haven't used GitHub enough to know how the repo should be set up, but I think something similar to what's already been done with the API repos would be good.

One important part of this utility should be something to prevent players from joining servers that don't have this utility to help mitigate (although not prevent) cheating/trolling on public servers said this tool. What that'd look like, I don't know, but it definitely is something that should be done - and something to be discussed on the repo if it is created.
