[BUG] Delete Node. No effect

Describe the bug
Clicking on permanently delete node does nothing.

To Reproduce
Right Click on a node > Select "Permanently Delete" > "Confirm"
Open Preview>Click Options> Select "Permanently Delete"> "Confirm"

Expected behavior
Node is deleted

I found that it is still TODO in the source code.

@sleetdrop thanks for the update - this codebase has been abandoned altogether I fear. So it is unlikely the TODO will change anytime soon.

I use the default graphing capabilities of org-roam and havent used this in ages.
