Hi,
not sure if this is a bug, but I recently upgraded my OL 8.9 kernel from 5.4.17-2136.329.3.1.el8uek to 5.15.0-206.153.7.1.el8uek.
I have bond0 configured using interfaces ens3f0 and ens4f0 and they are accordingly named bond0 slave 1 and bond0 slave 2. After upgrade they are named ens3f0np0 and ens4f0np0.
Unfortunately bond0 is not being updated, it still has old names. I have to manually correct them using nmcli.
