!alias to track user aliases for karma, groups, and others. #29

It's okay for this to be a "secret" command, but the ability to define aliases would be awesome.

I think I have a good idea of how to do this, and it will actually atomize a lot of our "JSON database" stuff so that it will make more sense. Unfortunately we'll also need a patch for old bin files when we do it, so that might be a good time to move things out of bin (as @ghyspran pointed out is stupid) and into a better-named folder. Like... "cache"?

I thought about doing it a while ago, but realized that it would mess up richard's stored data.

"data" was another thought for folder name.
