[Core] Scheduler should enforce adaptor contract

The source adaptor, and adaptor plugin interface, define the entity types and properties it can produce. If the adaptor give other types or properties then the ones defined it should be considered as a break of the contract and this should not be allowed. The scheduler should monitor this and take appropriate action, send source adaptor events, ignoring data or even deactivating the source adaptor.
