Requirement

https://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG22/#input-assistance

Help users avoid and correct mistakes.

Current Situation

The only user input on the front end is the contact-us form. All other user input goes through the back-office area which is not part of this audit.

❌ error identification

This is not implemented accessibly. Material uses colour, Clean only informs screenreader users of validity on landing not on exit, an OLH does not report errors at all. None of the themes describes the error in text.

❌ labels or instructions

Clean theme works, the others need updating.

❌ error suggestion

There are no correction suggestions.

✅ error prevention (legal, financial, data)

This is a contact form, there is no legal commitment or financial transaction involved.

✅ redundant entry

It is a short simple form, there is no redundant entry.

❌ accessible authentication (minimum)

The form uses Captcha. We are in the process of upgrading to an accessible Captcha.
