It used to be, but it's a painful (interesting, enjoyable, but ultimately painful) process to try and reconcile Who's Who. And there was very little demand to see what people had been doing (eg. combined stream of Github, Mailman, Buddypress(?!) activity) compared to the broad analytics which the network guys love...
