The data dictionary and questionnaire differ in the definition of the "resubmission" date. Questionnaire has "date of resubmission of this report" (i.e. the whole document). Data dictionary has date of resubmission of the outcome section. Which is correct?

Do we expect to track multiple submissions of the outcome section, or do we only need the most recent update to it?
