Missing data in 9-115

In code section 9-115, which deals with Transportation Network Providers, 9-115-210(d) does not appear. 9-115-210 stops at 9-115-210(c). The (d) section was an amendment to the original ordinance.

I don't see a 9-115-210(d) in the last data import, which was from November 2015. Here's the file in question:

If I am reading http://library.amlegal.com/nxt/gateway.dll/Illinois/chicago_il/municipalcodeofchicago?f=templates$fn=default.htm$3.0$vid=amlegal:chicago_il correctly, the (d) provision was added to the ordinance on 10-28-2015. I don't know what workflow has to happen after City Council votes. Is it possible it did not make it all the way through that process before your last import in November?

I couldn't tell you about that. It looks like a new version of the data was just released today, I can have a look next week and see if this has been updated there, and I'll ping American Legal if it's not.

Was just about to open an issue for missing data: https://chicago.councilmatic.org/legislation/o-2015-5434/ added Chapter 2-164. When was the last import?

Probably not since this ticket was opened, the latest export I've got from American Legal is from March, but I know that's not on the current live site - I can update to that this week. The exports we get are almost always behind the actual legislation by months.
