The UML model is normative for CityGML 3.0. Yet that model is not easily accessible to users. The OGC should follow the example of TC211 in making OGC UML models Web accessible to developers and users of OGC standards.

Suggested Resolution: Raise this issue with the OAB, OGC Staff, and eventually with the TC.
