需求：

openEuler RISC-V 24.03 SP1 镜像，按照官方文档验证plasma5桌面环境是否支持，以及其基本功能

要求：

将测试中发现的问题和测试结果更新在本 issue 的评论里
需要产出测试报告和日志，可参考 https://gitee.com/laokz/oerv/tree/master/syscare/QA
测试报告和日志上传到 oerv QA github仓库

当前软件源中缺少很多软件包，查看相关依赖以及桌面软件包比如sddm显示管理器和plasma-desktop桌面环境都没有对应的24.03-SP1分支，因此当前桌面无法使用
