Lower threshhold for pulling languages, prior to the release cut off date #29

Is it possible to lower the threshold from 100% to pull translation prior to the release cut-off dates. Clients are experiencing low translation volume.

We will maintain threshold as is and add DeepL for European based languages to ease the review process and speed up review time.
