Expected behavior

When setting a subsection as a prerequisite, it should appear in the prerequisite list without needing to refresh the course outline page

Actual behavior

After making a subsection a prerequisite, you must refresh the course outline page to select it from the prerequisite list in another subsection

Steps to reproduce

1. Log in to the studio
2. Create a subsection and set it as a prerequisite.
3. Try to use this prerequisite in another subsection without refreshing the course outline page
4. Refresh the page and attempt to use the prerequisite again

Additional information

This is not a blocker or high priority bug, but I think it's good to be aware of it.

@mariajgrimaldi this has been like this in all versions.... I belive this is the indended flow. Is this planned to be changed?
