Background

2U's Arch-BOM team is leading a careful analysis of the options for measuring the success of our developer experience initiatives. This includes exploring which metrics are the most valuable as well as determining how they will be measured, and which, if any, 3rd party tools will help.

@jmbowman @rgraber I made this as a top-level node to collect the Dev Env vision & discovery work that Arch-BOM's been doing. Feel free to change the description and add or remove issues. Or, if you'd rather this issue live in another repo, I can close this one in favor of yours.

(I know you might be missing access to edit this issue -- I'm working on getting you both that currently.)
