Runtime Error when running locally with Docker Compose

Hello,

I'm new to using Docker to run applications so I apologise if the solution is blindingly obvious but when trying to run DPCreator using Docker Compose and then connecting to localhost://8080 through my browser I keep getting the error found below:

If anyone has any idea on how to fix this issue I would be very grateful if somebody could help.
