Add Acquia

The commitment to openness isn't very explicit, which is the benchmark we're using to add companies to the list. There's this page/video, but it is not easily findable (should be something accessible with 1-2 clicks from the home page).

Hmm, looks like at-mentioning organizations doesn't notify the members. I won't individually ping all 30 members; instead, I'll mention those that appear to be the most active in github: @weitzman, @katbailey, @cpliakas.

Looking forward to hear what you guys think! (Of course, feel free to ping the appropriate teams within the @acquia organization, since I can't do that myself.)
