We need to gather EUMETSAT satellite imagery over India, so should start downloading and processing the satellite imagery.

Detailed Description

Use satip to download and process the imagery. If Satip still has issues with the downloading, can switch to using eumdac to download the native files directly, and process with satip.

Context

We need imagery over that part of the world, and its the same sensor as what we use in Europe, so should make it easier to transfer models, etc. to there.
