Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what you see:
Uploading a video with the add event dialogue doesn't show progress of the upload

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'add event'
  2. add metadata
  3. select a video file for upload
  4. create new event
  5. no upload progress appears, only the message 'the event has been created' appears after the finished upload
    Environment Information
  • OS: [nixos]
  • Browser [Firefox]
  • Opencast version with minor release [https://picard.vm2.elan.codes/admin-ui/index.html]
