The core-vocabularies library is mentioned in the oml spec and the "upgrade doc". The problem is that there is no mention of what version is compatible with oml 2.

Request

a) OML spec should state what is the minimum version needed for use with OML 2.
b) For a more detailed view on what is needed for OML 2 project, there should be a table of minimum requirements for all general dependencies (e.g. oml-merge-gradle). This type of info is useful because it's clear there is not a 100% consistent versioning sequence for all dependencies (i.e. core-vocabularies requires 4.* but others require 2.*).
