Checklist before submitting a feature request

  • I have reviewed CONTRIBUTING.md document
  • I have done a quick search on the issue tracker to check if the feature request is not redundant

Is your feature request related to a problem? If yes, describe the problem

The VSCode Webview UI Toolkit will be deprecated on Jan 1, 2025. OML Vision uses a lot of the components in the toolkit. The proposed change is to switch to another library such as elements before the depreciation occurs.

Describe the desired feature

Switch the VSCode Webview UI Toolkit to Elements before Jan 1, 2025.
