@Sven15, @sknorr do you have time and would like to review some Python code? Here is my small little project that I've created lately. 😁 It's not urgent.

This script is an attempt to make validation a bit more coherent; for example, it can check validation beyond simple RNG validation. The hole concept is described in openSUSE/geekodoc#6

Would be great if you could spare some time.
