About using the key

Please let me clear a question, can I use the key to send messages to my customers from my database or is this spam?

Can I also initiate conversations for LEAD customers who register on my system or would that also be spam?

Today, in my base there are about 42,000 customers, plus about 400 LEADs. Could I use this key to start conversations of about 4000 msg per month?

Do you have limitations?

What would be this abuse you say?
