Summary

This feature enables users to identify spam contributions and their creators.

Intended Outcome

Using this feature will encourage maintainers marker spammers within app so other maintainers can be informed. GitHub provides spam protection features, but they are severely underutilized. This tool will encourage projects to leverage those feature to prevent future spam contributions.

How will it work?

This future spasm marking feature will share anonymized examples of spam for educational purposes. Maintainers will also be able add spam to a shared database of examples.
