More resolution, include District, Town, County in search result

With some big city, only city name and location of it not enough with 0.1" or 0.25" models, so the forecast data may not accurate.
We can add unit smaller than the city to get narrow location of the city like District, Town, County in the search result.
I try with http://www.geonames.org/search.html?q=Orange+California&country= and they can output the result.

I mean the data with "third-order administrative division" resolution in geonames data
