Review documentation framework to leverage built-in Bonsai editor features

With Bonsai 2.7 the editor now features built-in help functionality. This requires external packages to expose a xrefmap.yml file indexing all documentation API (see ZeroMQ, DAQmx, SLEAP and Python Scripting packages). The documentation of the ONIX package could be reorganized to leverage this functionality. Some ideas below:

• Develop template for automatically generating DocFX docs website
• Integrate into existing Sphinx website

The above might not be necessarily mutually exclusive. New ideas can be generated from further discussion.
