In the same way that the built docs include a translated version of the core CoST IDS mapping CSV files, it would be helpful to build a translated version of sustainability.yaml, for use in the updated field-level mapping template.

I think that would require adding a YAML babel extractor and translation method to OCDS Babel. @jpmckinney, I can prepare PRs for OCDS Babel and this repo, but wanted to check that sounds good to you first?

For the time being, the Spanish version of the template features the English version of the sustainability elements. The sustainability elements are not yet translated in any case, but will be once #467 is done.

I had a quick look and couldn't find an existing YAML extractor, so yes, sounds good to me.

Since your leave is coming up, I'm happy to take this on if it means you can close/progress open OCDS PRs like open-contracting/standard#1680

I was thinking it would be something for when I'm back at work in June, but happy for you to pick up in the meantime if you like!
