Show alderman's latest newsletter #53

Some people, like reporters, subscribe to many aldermen's weekly newsletters. This clutters the inbox. Would it be possible to have the website subscribe to each alderman's newsletter and show it as an HTML webpage on the alderman's page on Councilmatic?

That's an awesome idea Steve! Would you be willing to do the outreach to
the aldermen to get their permission?
