Describe the bug
There is no red border displayed on the required SELECT DROPDOWN when the form is submitted and remains empty.

Expected behavior
As part of form validation, a red border should be displayed on the required SELECT DROPDOWN when the form is submitted and the SELECT DROPDOWN remains unselected.
