As of iOS 13 long press menu is disabled in Safari for magnet: URL scheme and maybe for other too. Brief search for tweak that enables it does not yield results. In other browsers (tried opera touch) long press menu is enabled for magnet: URLs.
It would be nice to have such functionality in Safari+.
