`tmsu help repair` message contains a typo #283

When you run tmsu help repair, you get

$ tmsu help repair
tmsu repair [OPTION]... [PATH]...
tmsu repair [OPTION]... repair --manual OLD NEW
[...]
$

note that, in the second usage specification, the repair subcommand is repeated after the options. It should be

tmsu repair [OPTION]... --manual OLD NEW
