So, I ended up moving some of my files around — is there any way to repair the database and have TMSU locate the new paths automatically? There's quite a lot of them for manual re-tagging :(

@oniony I don't understand what you mean. It doesn't seem the new file paths, even though they are in the same directory hierarchy for which I have the database. Is there any way to tell it to auto-find stuff? Checksums are the same.
