Upgrade dependencies:

React
Immutable

Consider swapping dependencies:

Fluxxor to Flummox (or another more ES6y Flux library)
superagent to fetch (lack of abort is an issue though)

Consider adopting:

React DnD (http://gaearon.github.io/react-dnd/)

General stuff

Fully transition to ES6/ 7
Switch from Sass to PostCSS
Refactor flux usage to use the container (higher-order components) pattern
Switch to svg icons, embedded in the document
