[Maps] Add electrical sockets to the map #19

Describe the feature

It is needed for event managers. May be relevant only for Reading Hall and University Hall, may be Green Stairs.

Suggested solution

Print the map on paper, take pencil and go to the specified locations.
Then add sockets to svg in separated layer (group)
