Summary

If there are too many care instructions and you scroll, the entire screen scrolls. Maybe the layout shouldn't move.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Some components, like the layouts, shouldn't move.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open Care Instructions page
  2. Add various instructions
  3. Scroll

Also, when there are too many instructions, the entire page scrolls instead of the components.
