Conditional Dart code preprocessing – by a standalone tool

Retarget tool was born to scratch my own itches (trying to come with multiplatform Flutter app that can be tailored to produce also the Snap/Instant demo), and to many wishes expressed by participants of Dart conditional code preprocessing and Flutter tree shaking and platform specific widgets issues.

Feel free to put your own "how should it work" ideas, and critique of current retarget functionality in this thread. Its an early prototype, so good reasons have a chance to make a real change (not-a-promise ;).

Retarget can now be installed straight form pub.dev site.
