Service Worker Not Pushing Patient Notes to Frontend in Real-Time

Describe the Bug
When sending patient notes from the frontend, the service worker is not delivering the messages back to the frontend as expected.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the 'Patients' tab.
2. Select any patient and open their 'Patient Notes' section.
3. Log in with another account that has notifications enabled and access the same patient's notes.
4. Attempt to send a message from one account and observe the issue.
