this can wait the 9.0 branch creation in upstream l10n-brazil however

We have the milestone "PRIMAVERA", after that we can port to 9.0.
@mileo Is converting to the new api.

Ok perfect. Anyway as I explained, v9 upstream accounting is going to lock us for yet a solid 3 months, so...
