What happened?

What did you expect to happen?

No error or inability to modify

How can we reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)?

  1. Create an SQL plan
  2. Transform the character into a participant
  3. Modify SQL plan

Anything else we need to know?

  1. This user is the creator of this SQL plan, so it can see the 'edit' button.
  2. When the creator inits this ticket, he is the project owner. But now he is a participant. So it cannot operate this database now.
