I ran the shell script on Mac, but it shows './run_CellMAPtracer.sh: line 29: ./CellMAPtracer.app/Contents/MacOS/CellMAPtracer: Permission denied'

Hi @Angelelily, thank you for your report!

Could you please show us the output of ls -h run_CellMAPtracer.sh when ran from the command line in the directory containing run_CellMAPtracer.sh? This should allow us to check if the file is executable and who has permission to execute it on your computer (it should be you).

I was wondering if the previous post helped you solve the issue. Have you you've been able to run CellMAPtracer on your Mac?
