New @ocaml.org adress and change in the [email protected] mailing list

As you can read in this discuss post, we're rotating one member of the Code of Conduct team: I'm leaving the team and @shonfeder is joining. We need to reflect that change in the mailing list. Could you do the following, @avsm or @xavierleroy?

1. Create a [email protected] for @shonfeder .
2. Update the [email protected] list: add [email protected] and remove [email protected] .

For 1.: @shonfeder is sending you a mail containing his private mail adress that the [email protected] mails should be forwarded to.

Once those two things are done, I'll update the CoC member list on the CoC itself and on the ocaml.org page.
