Edit dates for multiple tasks at once

The feature request is batch editing of dates for multiple tasks at once.

• Bulk edit the deadline of due tasks #831
• Make `Tasks: Toggle Task Done` work on multiple selected lines #1160

As per the title of this section - Ideas: Any New Feature Requests go in Issues please, we don't track feature requests in Discussions any more.

(Bugs have always been tracked in Issues.)

Here are some of the reasons why the need for this change:

I had to leave Ideas Discussions open to allow people to comment on existing ideas, and so we could track their votes, so I renamed the section to try to point people to Ideas instead for new reports.

Also, not all projects handle requests the same, and this one has changed policies over time...
So most of the requests anyone makes on Tasks are duplicates of existing ones... And I only know they are duplicates because of all the time spent reviewing the existing requests....

In other words, you are very welcome, and it's absolutely no problem at all!
