While running pip install v20:

  error: Microsoft Visual C++ 14.0 is required. Get it with "Microsoft Visual C+
+ Build Tools": http://landinghub.visualstudio.com/visual-cpp-build-tools

  Failed building wheel for ujson

ujson might be a fast json encoder/decoder, but is possible to use a more common library that doesn't require visual studio installed after all this is a python codebase?
