[BUG]: Cache discrepancies between DFPRollingWindowStage and dfp_rolling_window module

Describe the bug.

It appears that the stage never flushes the cache or loads from the cache.

The module does appear to be behaving properly, however not all of the pipelines are using the module.

We should either refactor the stage & module to share the same impl, or drop the stage and just use the module.
