Describe the problems in the documentation

We ran into pandas concatenation errors in our pipeline that processes Parquet files as input. Turns out the errors were because file_type was set to JSON in the file_batcher and file_to_df modules. The error message did not make this easy to determine and the documentation makes no mention of it.
