New Feature

How would you describe the priority of this feature request

Medium

Please provide a clear description of problem this feature solves

The LLMEngine currently hard-codes the "llm_engine" task name, and will call remove_task("llm_engine")

This requires any users wishing to build a pipeline with multiple LLMEngineStages to insert a stage adding a new task to the message.

Describe your ideal solution

Make it configurable
