Please provide a clear description of problem this feature solves

I want Morpheus to support cross-account IAM Role assumption for AWS environment. This should allow the pipeline to consume the data from a different S3 bucket and write the output to a different bucket when deployed as part of multi-tenancy. This will avoid additional customization needed for the pipeline deployment avoiding data movement across buckets/accounts.

Describe your ideal solution

Function that takes an IAM Role and gets a temporary token and refreshes the token closer to the expiration of tokens as needed for both fetch and write stages
