igoreErrors and beforeSend doens't work

This is my config for sentry and whenever sentry catches an error i check if beforeSend if there is a log, found it is never triggered. IgnoreErrors also doesn't ignore that error.

What could be the issue here? @rchl

beforeSend belongs within config (or clientConfig or serverConfig).

Also ignoreErrors and tracesSampleRate are wrongly placed.

I am using sample rate as 0.02 but still sentry dashboard says 1.

Sample rate is configured from within the tracing object.

but that is for tracing sampling, I want for error sampling, both are different right?

should it be like this?

config.sampleRate seems to be the one but it expects a number. An env variable is always a string. Try parsing it to number with Number.parseFloat and make sure that the env is set to some value.
