Just tried to reproduce the example in a sandbox using the nuxt template.

 ERROR  Could not find one or more icon(s) {                          17:00:13
  prefix: 'fas',
  iconName: 'calendar'
} {}

remember import using below packages:

    "@fortawesome/free-brands-svg-icons": "^5.15.4",
    "@fortawesome/free-regular-svg-icons": "^5.15.4",
    "@fortawesome/free-solid-svg-icons": "^5.15.4",
